
Stocked with all natural, antibiotic free, hormone free cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and
poultry, our meat department has the largest selection of prime and choice cuts in
the county. Our meats are not precut, packaged and left to sit on a shelf for days at
a time. Unlike the big chain stores we still offer a full service butchers counter where
we encourage personalized cuts. We can cut your favorite steak to the thickness you
request and season and or marinate it for you on the spot.
With over 40 years of meat cutting experience our staff provides knowledgeable
and friendly service. We can help you with selecting the right cut for your meal and
giving you cooking instructions that include the correct time and temperature for
that specific cut. We are happy to special order rare cuts and hard to find items for
you as well.

We grind our ground beef fresh twice every day
We prepare several ready to cook dishes like Sicilian stuffed chicken
breast, marinated kabobs, cordon bleu, ground lamb patties wrapped
with bacon, and seasoned aged steaks.
We receive deliveries of fresh local seafood 4 days a week.
We make all of our own sausages in house with pure ground pork, no bi-products.
We carry Petaluma poultry products.
We carry a wide selection of items other meat departments don’t stock
such as veal, buffalo, ducks, geese, quail, ham hocks, soup bones, dog bones,
and we make our own dog food from fresh ground meats and vegetables.
